My room felt quite cramped. I found there was little space to move around. The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. I also thought there was no fridge.

the room was small. i could barely move around with my luggage (i only had one small suitcase!). the noise from the street was awful at all hours. it was hard to sleep even with earplugs. it sounded like i was right on top of the subway line, honestly.

the rooms seemed more luxurious from the online photos and should have been considering the pricing. again with the pricing and classification, we expected little things like access to ironing or body lotion in the bathroom but none of those were available
